Rentals managed through the mobile application operate on a request basis; the reservation is only confirmed and payment is made once the request is accepted.

What studio spaces do you offer?
We have 3 locations and a total of 9 studios. Below you can find the address of each location and the size of its studios:

What does it mean for a studio to be S, M or L?
The size of each studio depends on its dimensions and square meters:
- Studio S (25 m²)
Corresponds to Studio 2 at Calàbria. - Studio M (50–75 m²)
Studios 1, 3 and 4 at Calàbria, 6 and 7 at Sagristà, and 1 and 2 at Les Corts. - Studio L (90 m²)
The largest studio is Studio 5 at Sagristà.
How can I check the availability of rooms?

Can I book a studio from 2pm to 4pm?
At this time, the school is outside of its opening hours, but you can check with the Front Desk for availability. The rental price for this time slot will be considered as after-hours
Holidays and out-of-hours bookings
The only studio available during this time is Studio 1 at Calàbria, 253.
You will be able to access it directly from the street using the code we will send you in advance.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning and a sound system so you can use it without any issues.
Access must be at the exact time of the booking. Exceptionally, entry up to 10 minutes earlier and exit up to 10 minutes later may be allowed if needed.
Additionally, before leaving the studio, you must send a video to +34 604 188 907 showing how you:
– turn off the air conditioning,
– turn off the sound system, and
– leave the studio and lock the door properly.
All these instructions will be provided in advance of the rental date.
For this type of rental, a €50 deposit is required in addition to the rental cost to cover possible damages.
Once the studio is verified to be in the same condition it was delivered in, the deposit will be refunded on the next business day.
What is considered a recurring rental?
A recurring rental is considered when the client makes a prepaid booking for a minimum of 3 months, which allows the recurring rental rate to be applied.

What happens if I can’t make it to my booking?
No cancellations or refunds are made, except in cases of force majeure. If you cannot attend a one-time rental, it can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
