The Dance Training offers a solid technical, artistic and quality education.
We develop multidisciplinary, versatile dancers with a wide range of registers.
As a school authorized by the Dept. d’Ensenyament de Catalunya nº 8074677, Dance Emotion gives at the end of the Dance Training, an accredited professional dance diploma.
Agenda
In order to access the Dance Training program, it is necessary to have some indispensable previous knowledge.
An entrance test will be conducted to determine if the interested party can access the Dance Training course.
If the interested party has no previous experience, he/she can access the Saturday Dance Module in Pre-Dance Level 1.

Schedule and duration
The academic year begins in September and is divided into three terms until June. The complete course lasts from 2 to 3 years.
At the end of each trimester, examinations corresponding to the subjects of the Dance Training curriculum are conducted. These evaluations give us the opportunity to closely follow the development of our students, providing them with personalized teaching and assessment.
Classes are held from Monday to Friday in the mornings.

In order to access the Dance Training program, an entrance exam will be held to determine the level at which the student will begin his or her studies.
Informative talks and open house will be held beforehand to solve all your doubts.

The price includes the right to exams, tutoring hours and the delivery of grades at the end of each trimester.
As well as the diploma at the end of the course.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS
Is any previous level required to access the training courses?
To be able to access Dance Emotion’s Dance Training, it is necessary to have some indispensable previous knowledge.

Is there a certain age to do so?
The average age is from 16 to 30 years old with previous dance experience. If you have any questions about your eligibility, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What does the entrance exam consist of?
The entrance exam consists of a single class, with classical, contemporary, jazz and urban dance, followed by a personal interview on the same day.
It is not necessary to bring material prepared in advance.
We prioritize attitude and willingness to learn, as well as motivation and individual goals. We establish the most appropriate level for each student according to his or her technique and skills.
Is there a scholarship option?
The scholarships granted by Dance Emotion for Dance Training students include unlimited access to regularly scheduled classes. This opportunity will enrich the learning of our students, giving them a broad experience in different styles, which will contribute to form versatile and multidisciplinary dancers.

What kind of qualification will I have at the end of the training?
The qualification offered by Dance Emotion is recognized as we are a school authorized by the Generalitat de Catalunya and is valid nationwide.
In education, it is part of the non-regulated training, as well as regulated would be the middle and higher grades of the Institut del Teatre. We also prepare our students for the entrance exams to these degrees.

How can I apply for a student visa?
If you need to apply for a student visa to study the Dance Training program, we will provide you with an Acceptance Letter from the school.
How can you obtain it? Once you have completed the audition and, in case you’ve passed, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Make the payment for the enrollment
- Sign the contract
- Pay the first installment of the course
After completing these three requirements, we will send you the Acceptance Letter. With this letter and the signed contract, you will be able to apply for your student visa for the duration of the course.
